- Daniel G Added May 18, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After having multiple properties managed by Magain for the past 8 years i had no option but to move my business to someone i can trust.
The customer service has been on a downward spiral led from management down.
'the magain difference' says "we guarantee that if we make a mistake, we inform you immediately and do whatever it takes to fix the problem"
this is so far from the truth with no ownership ever taken..
You know when their manager tells you "if your not happy with our service you can take your business elsewhere" they really don't value you as their customer.
It's really disappointing having to write a review like this; but important that anyone looking for good trustworthy management - best look elsewhere, there's plenty of other quality management teams out there. - Kieren Brown Added November 29, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great professional service.
